At GIORDAY, each product is made with care and often crafted specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will gladly offer a free replacement or refund in the following situations:
Eligible Cases for Refund or Reprint
You may request a refund or reprint if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- The item you received is significantly different from your order (e.g., wrong item, size, or design)
Timeframe for Reporting
You must report any issues within 07 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims made after this period.
What We Need From You
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please:
- Submit a clear photo of the affected item showing the defect or error
- Include your order number and a brief description of the problem
- There is no need to return the damaged or incorrect product.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Size/color mistakes made by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier after dispatch
