This Brand & Intellectual Property Policy applies to all products and services offered by GIORDAY, which is owned and operated by GIORDAY LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company registered in the United States.

At GIORDAY, we are committed to maintaining transparency, integrity, and full compliance with the policies of our production partners and brand licensors. This includes adhering strictly to all guidelines related to branded base products such as those from adidas®, Champion®, Bella+Canvas®, and others available via our fulfillment partners (e.g., Printify).

1. Customization on Branded Products (e.g., adidas®)

Some products sold by GIORDAY may be manufactured by well-known brands (e.g., adidas®) and may feature their logos as part of the original garment. In such cases:

• The original manufacturer’s logo (such as adidas®) is applied by the manufacturer before customization and remains the intellectual property of the respective trademark owner.
• GIORDAY does not modify, add to, or remove the brand’s logo in any way.
• GIORDAY does not claim any official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with adidas® or any third-party brand unless explicitly stated.

2. Use of GIORDAY Branding on Branded Products

GIORDAY customizes branded base products by adding original designs, text, or artwork. We follow these standards:

• Our branding never imitates, covers, or alters the original brand logo.
• All GIORDAY designs are clearly separate and original, placed to avoid confusion.
• We never suggest co-branding, partnerships, or collaboration with adidas® or any brand.

3. Transparency to Our Customers

To maintain full transparency:

• Listings will clearly state the base product brand (e.g., “Customized adidas® Tee by GIORDAY”).
• Product descriptions will mention the presence of original logos only when they appear on the base product, not in the custom designs of GIORDAY.
• We will never imply that branded products are official merchandise or that GIORDAY is affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by those brands.

4. Content & Design Compliance

All custom content created by GIORDAY:

• Must not include logos, names, slogans, or other trademarks of adidas® or other brands.
• Must not include prohibited content, including but not limited to weapons, violence, nudity, hate speech, drugs, or other sensitive themes – as outlined in Printify’s content policy.
• Must comply with all intellectual property laws and Printify’s Terms of Service.
• GIORDAY only publishes artwork and designs that it owns, has created, or has the legal right to use.

Use of Brand Names in Marketing or Tags

GIORDAY may reference, brand names (e.g., adidas®) in product titles, descriptions, and metadata only to identify the base product. These references are:

• Used strictly for descriptive purposes
• Not intended to imply endorsement, co-branding, or affiliation
• Never accompanied by brand logos, slogans, or visual elements in our designs

6. Platform & Marketplace Compliance

GIORDAY ensures compliance with the policies of:

• GIORDAY strives to comply with the policies and requirements of our fulfillment partners, payment service providers, e-commerce platforms, and applicable marketplace operators.

We review and update our policies and product listings to stay aligned with these platform guidelines and protect both our customers and our brand.

7. Disclaimer

GIORDAY operates as an independent customization brand. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Our products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by adidas® or any other third-party brand.
• Base products are purchased from authorized fulfillment partners (such as Printify) and customized by GIORDAY in accordance with their guidelines.

8. Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing from GIORDAY, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are buying a customized product created by GIORDAY, not official merchandise of any third-party brand.
• Any brand names mentioned are for informational purposes only to describe the base garment.
